Decent place. What do I think about the breakfast? - read the section which asks for what I didn't like.
Booking dot com cheated us by initially showing the cost as inclusive of breakfast but after booking did not mention it on the confirmation. Hotel too refused to provide breakfast.

There was no proper facilities in the room, we booked delux room, however the room which was given was of 2 beds joined, Tv remote was not working, frequent power cut, no proper balcony, no basic things were provided like shower kit, to say in simple words it was just like a lodge and not resort.Not at all worth the price

Bedsheet was worst...with stains & Hairs lying( asked to change), Set top box was not working so changed post request..Had requested pillow as 1 was short...nobody sent or was bothered..In night I requested house keeping to help to take my Sons toy car out which was under the bed ( Room No 210 - 11th 12th Feb 22 but nobody helped...its still their)During Check In nobody was at gate to offer for welcome dring..I spent Toll charges multiple times as it as just after Toll Plaza..
Good:1. Buffet was mind blowing . We also ordered delicious foods in room like Cheese chili toast, Crunchy french fries.2. Staff service is very prompt & so they well trained, genuine people which made my stay the most memorable.3. Swimming pool was very clean & well maintained. Ambience of the hotel is unique with hindi dailogues & selfie taking light cycle , Tea tapri & so on.4. You can play games like table football, table tennis, carrom , pool , badminton but boomerang was non functional.5. You can explore go karting which is next to the hotel property.
Area of improvement:1. Load shedding was a little problem during our stay. Power was ON/OFF couple of times but it came quickly once it is off.2. Awesome food but it’s expensive. Frencs fries Rs195/-, Tea Rs75/- excluding GST etc. Include full day meals with room package.Areas3. Pathetic flooded road 200mm distance from highway to the hotel was flooded. Once you enter hotel area is beautiful.4. They asked for the full payment on reaching the hotel.5. Only uber service is available for Mumbai.6. Mosquito are there if you have a dinner on the ground floor but they put coil if you tell them.

Viola beacon resort its a so beautiful place for relaxation time and total staf is co-operative. I sply suggestion to viola ur food quality is good bt try to it better,Its osm memories for me?
Very poor
While booking it said twin or double bed, we checked into the room the beds were placed so strategically that it looked like double bed but it was two single beds joined together. After that we were told only that room is available all other rooms are booked. Also Please do not include food lunch or dinner it's pathetic. Hotel is out of lonavala so you have to pay toll every time you go for a sightseeing.
Breakfast food is nice
Bed system is not good , room servise also very bad, washroom is not clean, In shot i am not satisfied for resort service.

There was nothing to like about the place there was no proper arrangement of bedding and mini fridge in the roomI asked for a simple bath mat and a conditioner but they said it was not available so the resort need a good cleaning and a stock refilling
